Cancellation and Refund Policy

Regrettably, orders placed through our platform cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been processed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage customers to review their orders carefully before finalizing their purchase. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Return and Exchange Policy

Initiating an Exchange: Contact our customer service team at support@thehumankind.in or DM us through Instagram within 7 days of receiving the item to begin the exchange process.

Quality Check: 

All received exchanges undergo a hygiene standards check by our team and are subject to approval or declination for exchange.

Return Conditions:

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return if:

The products are returned after use.

The products are damaged.

The tags have been torn or removed.


Exchange Procedure:

Upon confirmation, customers must ship the exchange item with the provided tracking ID to support@thehumankind.in within the same email thread. If customers prefer us to arrange the pickup for exchanges, there will be a Rs. 200 charge. Once we receive the item and it passes quality checks, we'll send the correct size back at no extra cost.

Processing Time: 

Once we receive the returned item, exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days.

Defective Product:

If you've received a defective product, share images at support@thehumankind.in/ DM us on Instagram & we'll respond within 24 hours.

Size Exchange:

Size exchanges are permitted once for the same product, subject to availability. If the required size isn't available, we'll issue a store credit.

Store Credit:

Store credit for exchanges is valid for 2 months from the date of issue.

Refund Method:

In the case of a return, the amount will be credited as store credit to the customer.
